Biblical Selah Session - Falling Into the Arms of Jesus
A Therapeutic Sound Bath for Rest, Surrender & Being Held
There are seasons when we are called to keep going, and there are seasons when what we need most is permission to stop carrying everything ourselves.
Falling Into the Arms of Jesus is an invitation to do just that.
Inspired by the comforting imagery found throughout Scripture, this biblical sound bath experience creates space to slow down, release what feels heavy, and rest in the assurance that you are held.
Deuteronomy 33:27 reminds us that “the eternal God is your dwelling place, and underneath are the everlasting arms.” Isaiah gives us the tender image of God gathering His lambs in His arms and carrying them close to His heart. And in Matthew 11:28, Jesus offers a simple invitation to the weary and burdened: Come to me, and I will give you rest.
This Selah Session brings those words off the page and into a restorative experience of therapeutic sound, Scripture, guided reflection, and intentional stillness.
You don't have to hold everything together here.
You are invited to let yourself be held.
This Selah Session is for women who are:
Feeling weary, overwhelmed, or emotionally heavy
Carrying responsibilities that have become difficult to put down
Longing for a deeper sense of safety, peace, and spiritual rest
Learning to surrender what they cannot control
Navigating a season that requires trust rather than striving
Desiring intentional time to become still and reconnect with God
